- Plant growth. Anything tall enough to hide the boundary or the markers.
- Access. Is the approach road still usable, and still public?

Keep proof, not opinions
A phone call saying everything is fine is worth very little a year later. A dated photo of the same corner, month after month, is worth a lot. It helps in a boundary dispute. It helps when you sell. It also helps you sleep.
Take the same views on every visit so you can compare them. Keep the photos somewhere you control. A chat app is not a safe place to store them.
