Land Bazzaar began as a land promoter, developing plotted layouts for families around Arakkonam, west of Chennai. Over the years, the same customers kept coming back to us — to keep an eye on their plot, to sort out government paperwork, or to help them sell.
That is why we are now building a broader property company: one that helps you buy land, and then stays with you to look after it, keep its documents in order and resell it when the time comes.

- Keep plot availability on this site accurate, and date-stamp it
- Put property-management scope and fees in writing
- Stay reachable after the sale

- Invent urgency or fake “last plots left” pressure
- Publish reviews we can't stand behind
