Landbazzar Property Management Services was founded in 2008 by Mr. Soundararajan, on a simple idea: that most people buying land are doing it once, with money they cannot afford to lose, and nobody is explaining it to them honestly.
Since then he has guided more than 10,000 middle-class families through buying land around Chennai — what to check, what to walk away from, and what a fair price actually looks like.
In 2015 we launched Landbazzar Property Management Services, because the same customers kept coming back with a different problem. They owned the land. They just could not be there to look after it.
So that is what we do now. We are your property manager on the ground in Chennai — your eyes, your hands, and the people who go and look when you cannot. Whatever your property needs, from monthly checks to paperwork nobody enjoys, we take responsibility for it and tell you honestly what we found.

How we work
Whatever your property needs — not a fixed package.
Most companies sell you a fixed service and stop at its edge. We don't work that way — we're your property manager, not a vendor with a price list. If it concerns your property, it's ours to sort out.
Tell us what you need, we agree it with you in writing, and that becomes the job — whatever it is. No set menu, no “that's not in our package.”
Who we are
A small team, not a call centre.
Landbazzar is six people in Chennai. When we take on a property, one of them is assigned to it and stays with it — so you are never re-explaining your plot to whoever happens to answer.
We would rather you dealt with the same person for years than be handed to whoever is free. That is the whole reason we have kept the team this size.
