This notice explains how Land Bazzaar ("we") handles personal information you share through this website, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or request a site visit: your name, phone number, optional email, and what you tell us about your requirement or property. We also record which page and plot you enquired from and, if you arrived from an advertisement, the campaign that brought you — so we can respond with the right information.

We record anonymous usage events (for example, which project pages are viewed) using our own first-party analytics. IP addresses are stored only as a one-way hash for spam prevention.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange visits, provide the services you ask for, and keep a record of our conversations with you. We do not sell your information or share it for others' marketing.

Who can see it

Only authorised members of our team. Where we use service providers (for example, hosting), they process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting purchase or service, and as required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
